Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Shift patterns: 09:00-17:00 (9am-5pm)

We're now looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team to ensure returns, repairs, refunds and warranties are processed correctly and communicated to the relevant teams. You'll have KPI's to achieve all whilst maintaining connections with suppliers and customers.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Returning any stock to customers or suppliers in a timely manner in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Providing strong customer service through email and direct calling to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitoring and updating relevant systems to process exchanges, credits, refunds and creating relevant After Sales files.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (or similar) dealing with suppliers and customers.
  • Comfortable working with digital systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel), ZenDesk, InfoPoint, ServiceHub, and Manhattan WMS (or similar platforms).
  • Are able to perform these tasks directly on the shop floor and willing to navigate flights of stairs and large items.
