POSITION SUMMARY:

The Learning Consultant position is imperative to the organization and acts as a central contact for learning initiatives. This individual performs training needs assessments, analyzes best methods to effectively deploy training, and designs, develops, coordinates, schedules, and implements training content while ensuring a consistent learning experience across the organization. This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency and skill level. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Evaluates training needs and assesses training programs with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
• Develops and delivers in-house training programs, classes, exams and evaluations; serves as primary point of contact for vendor training to develop course content and curriculum.
• Creates and manages instructional materials, manuals, guides and job aids. Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure technical and role-specific training is accurate, relevant and compliant.
• Organizes and facilitates onboarding sessions for new hires. Manages logistics for training sessions including scheduling, communication and materials preparation.
• Solicits feedback for and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Administers Learning Management System (LMS) for assigned area(s), including collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training compliance deadlines are met.
• Maintains training records and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies; supports audit processes by ensuring timely availability and accuracy of training documentation and qualification records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


• High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two (2) years or more of experience required. ​

• Valid Driver's License required​

• Travel: Up to 40%
