Terminal Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terminal Planner with 12-16 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will focus on terminal development planning, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review the overall planning aspects of consultants for terminal development works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Develop design alternatives and conduct planning coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, regulators, and contractors.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Ensure that all terminal planning activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, addressing any issues that arise during the planning process.
• Prepare reports and presentations on terminal planning progress, challenges, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's/masters degree in architecture.

• Minimum of 12 years in terminal planning roles within the aviation sector.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in design and planning software (e.g., SketchUp, BIM tools).
• Knowledge of terminal operations and passenger flow management.
