Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS SCM
Shift: UK Shift (2.00 PM to 11.00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) SCM modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Shipping Execution.
- Provide production support for Oracle EBS SCM modules including incident resolution, problem management and service request handling.
- Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE components) using PL/SQL, APIs, Open Interfaces, Forms Personalization and Workflow.
- Analyze and resolve production issues within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
- Support month-end and year-end business processes including inventory close, purchasing close and transaction reconciliations.
- Manage enhancements, minor projects and change requests within AMS engagement model.
- Monitor and improve system performance including concurrent program tuning and SQL optimization.
- Handle patch impact analysis, regression testing and coordination during Oracle patching cycles.
- Maintain documentation repository including KT documents, SOPs, issue logs and configuration updates.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and provide weekend/after-hours support when required.
- Collaborate with business users to prioritize tickets and provide functional advisory support.
- Support integration monitoring and troubleshoot interface failures with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT and external vendors.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants and other teams.
Mandatory Skills, Certifications and Experience
- 5+ years of Oracle EBS experience with SCM modules.
- Hands-on technical experience in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces and Workflow customization.
- Experience designing and developing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Experience with Oracle E-Commerce Gateway within EBS to facilitate EDI by extracting/inserting data into Oracle application tables
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes including P2P and O2C
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA or similar systems.
- Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs and reporting metrics in managed services model.
- Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting and production support.
- Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor??s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
