4. Knowledgeof Procurement & SAP

Job Description :

• Execute Customer orders, Projects, in line withdelivery time schedules, Planned cost, Mitigate risks, Process claims,Profitability improvements
• Sincerely following concepts of Projectmanagement and work procedures for compliance with quality systems andstatutory requirements in order to ensure adherence to contractual commitmentsand achieve planned performance parameters to customers.
• Engaging with key customers regularly and developingpartnerships with them, taking note of customer concerns and initiatingcorrective action to play active role in building company's image in order tosupport business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Owning accountability for Revenue, DeliveryReliability and Ensuring appropriate order flow with compliance toorganizational policies and in collaboration with all stake holders includingcustomers.
• Build and nurture relationship withCustomers/Team/CFT/vendors and internal partners, meet key customers regularlyand develop partnerships with them, take note of customer concerns and initiatecorrective action, play active role in building company's image in order tosupport business growth and ensure Customer satisfaction.
