Job Responsibility
  • Review technical sections of contracts and Employer Requirements (ERs)
  • Assess risks related to performance guarantees, warranties, and standards compliance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to align contract terms
  • Represent engineering in client negotiations and technical clarifications
  • Maintain and update internal contract templates for technical specifications
  • Monitor evolving BESS standards and regulations and adjust practices accordingly
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems


  • 5–10 years of experience in BESS or power system project development
  • Deep knowledge of grid interconnection, energy storage system architecture, and compliance
  • Proven contract review and technical negotiation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred: EPC or utility-scale project background, knowledge of grid codes and PCS systems
