Role Overview:

Tech Compliance Lead responsible for IT audits, regulatory compliance, and technology risk management in a regulated fintech/broking environment. Works closely with engineering, cloud, DevOps, and security teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT audits, technology risk assessments, and compliance reviews
  • Own ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and audit lifecycle
  • Drive IT General Controls and application control reviews
  • Partner with engineering, DevOps, and infra teams for remediation
  • Review SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architectures
  • Support regulatory and thirdparty audits
  • Track audit findings and remediation to closure

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • 4–5 years experience with regulated entities
  • Strong exposure to technology and IT teams
  • Understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and DevOps
  • CISA certification (mandatory)
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
