We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) EMI to drive adoption and growth of EMI solutions across key merchant partners. The role involves managing strategic merchant accounts, enabling EMI products across merchant platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize transaction volumes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key merchant partners for EMI product offerings.
  • Drive EMI adoption and transaction growth across assigned merchant accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchants regarding EMI integration, onboarding, and operational support.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and banking partners to resolve merchant issues and optimize EMI offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to expand EMI penetration across new categories and merchants.
  • Track and analyze merchant performance metrics such as conversion rates, EMI share, and GMV.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to improve engagement and growth.
  • Ensure smooth EMI campaign execution, promotions, and merchant marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and service delivery.
