Hiring Process and Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria

• 2 to 4 years of full-time IT work experience.
• A full-time Graduate or Postgraduate Degree recognized by AICTE or UGC.

Applicants must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following technology stacks: Java, Embedded C, C++, SQL, .NET, Python, AngularJS, ReactJS, Node.js, Automation Testing with Selenium, Informatica ETL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Web Development (HTML/CSS3).

Assessment Format -

• Stage 1:
  This is a 60minute, virtual, remoteproctored, selfpaced assessment that can be taken from any location. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID. The assessment link will be sent to your registered email ID within 4 days of registration. You must complete the assessment within 48 hours of receiving the link. Results will be shared after 48 hours of assessment completion.

• Stage 2:
  Candidates who qualify in Stage 1 will receive an invite for a 90-minute online assessment at a TCS iON Test Centre (in-person). Assessments will be conducted in batches, and all Stage 1 qualified candidates will be scheduled with prior intimation. Results for this stage will also be shared within 48 hours.

• Final Discussion:
  Candidates who clear Stage 2 will be invited for a quick in-person discussion at a TCS office/TCS iON Test Centre. This discussion will be scheduled within 48 hours of the Stage 2 results.
