[Tan Phu] Senior Business Development Executive (FCM and ZDHC)
To develop customers and drive revenue for testing, auditing, and compliance services related to Food Contact Materials (FCM) and ZDHC, focusing on manufacturers and exporters in food packaging, textile, footwear, and chemical industries.
Trách nhiệm chung (General duties):
Business Development
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers with needs for FCM and/or ZDHC testing services
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners
Technical Consulting & Sales
- Provide consultancy to customers on:
- Food Contact Material (FCM) testing in accordance with EU, FDA, VN…
- ZDHC-related services, including MRSL, wastewater testing, and chemical management
- Coordinate with technical and laboratory teams to:
- Define testing scope
- Prepare quotations and contracts
- Follow up on service progress
Sales Process Management
- Prepare sales plans and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasts
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Monitor receivables and support debt collection when necessary
Market Research & Reporting
- Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory requirements related to FCM and ZDHC
- Monitor competitors’ activities
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management
Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):
- 2 – 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) or related fields (chemicals, materials, textiles, packaging, or food industries).
- Experience with FCM, ZDHC testing standards, and REACH, CPSIA, RoHS regulations is an advantage.
- Proven track record in prospecting new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and negotiating contracts.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): English communication; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
