[Tan Phu] Business Analyst
- Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather, clarify, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams.
- Evaluate business value, prioritize requirements and features based on business objectives.
- Monitor, track, and validate new features after release; provide documentation and user training when necessary.
- Support issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution related to the product ecosystem.
- Define, track, and ensure the accuracy of business and operational metrics for stakeholders.
- Aggregate data and create insightful reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Solid problem-solving mindset with a holistic view of business operations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and design scalable, efficient solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge in business process modeling using BPMN, flowchart diagrams, or equivalent standards.
- Knowledge of system architecture and solution design; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
- High adaptability with the ability to quickly learn new domains, products, and industries.
