Talent Acquisition Partner - Talent Services
The TA Partner plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to offer management while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.
Main responsibilities:
- Support consolidation and continuous improvement of Recruitment processes
- Gather, report, analyze and create key metrics for talent acquisition to measure recruitment performance
- Use data and statistical analysis to gain insights into recruitment trends, patterns, and correlations
- Support data-driven decision making to optimize talent acquisition strategies and practices
- Ensure strict adherence to data integrity, confidentiality standards, and operational discipline across all processes and deliverables.
- Provide analytical support to Talent Services hub lead to drive efficiencies
- Candidate Care Sourcing analytics to identify most effective channels
- Technology Adaptation for analytics tools and recruitment platforms
- Develop and implement the communication and engagement plan for Talent Services to foster employee engagement and stakeholder alignment. Develop optimize Recruitment Strategy based on data insights
You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams.
You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience:
- Experience of over 5 years in TA Analytics, HR Analytics, dashboards
- Project Management
- Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment
- Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies like Workday would be preferred
- Metrics Management and reporting
