Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruiting process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with hiring managers and applicants. The role enhances candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, community partnerships, and career fair participation, while ensuring accurate job postings and compliance with recruitment standards. Additionally, the Coordinator prepares staffing reports, supports workforce planning, and promotes internal mobility and referral program participation to strengthen Service Wire Company’s overall talent strategy.
