Position Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production that meets company quality, delivery, and performance objectives. This role drives the facility’s safety culture, coordinates production planning and execution, and provides leadership to production supervisors and teams. The Production Manager partners closely with Planning, Maintenance, and Engineering to optimize throughput, minimize downtime, control costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive, engaged, and accountable workforce.
