Role & responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID operations and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect sync troubleshooting.
• Good PowerShell scripting capability.
• Knowledge of MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
• Experience with IAM best practices and security controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Flexible to work in 24*7 support model
• Conduct training and session with Team
