Sutherland is looking for a skilled Unemployment Claims Specialist for the Lead role to support one of our growing retail programs in US shifts.

Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of experience into unemployment claims
Must be a graduate
Flexible to do Work from office - Chennai (Perungalathur)

Immediate joiners preffered

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Process all unemployment claims completely within the specified deadlines
• Process daily requests for information to the State
• Ensure proper documentation is provided to the State timely
• Assist third-party vendor in the contacting and scheduling of witnesses to participate in unemployment hearings
• Confer with the Unemployment Manager on all major unemployment claims
• Complete state audits for unemployment purposes
• Develop and maintain key metric reports quarterly
• Organize and prioritize daily mail for the Unemployment Department
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Unemployment Manager and VP of Disbursements
