Your Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our Transportation Quality team. In this role, you will lead enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives that drive customer-facing defect reduction across our logistics network, including last mile delivery performance. You will own key programs end-to-end, influencing processes and policies both internal to Chewy and with our external partners to drive scalable, standardized solutions. You will identify trends in defects, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with leaders across Chewy as well as with external carriers. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to execute complex initiatives that improve cost and customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Own and drive initiatives that reduce transportation related defects for our customers
Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to optimize and standardize transportation processes to improve customer experience and network performance
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Customer Care, Technology, and Carrier Management teams
Develop performance metrics and monitor KPIs and inform data-driven decisions
Develop and manage program roadmaps aligned to transportation and customer experience goals
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend scalable solutions
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer experience
Present findings, business cases, and program updates to senior leadership
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or other field
3+ years of experience in program or project management within operations, supply chain, logistics, transportation, tech-enabled logistics, consulting, or related fields within eCommerce or retail
Strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs
Experience supporting last mile delivery performance and On Time Delivery (OTD) improvement initiatives, or related logistics experience preferred

The base salary range for this role is $86,500 - $152,500.00.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
