Strategic Development Manager

The Opportunity

As a Senior Strategic Development Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating adoption of Adobe’s emerging solutions across enterprise customers. Partnering closely with Customer Success, you will lead discovery, deliver tailored workshops and demos, and help creative, design, IT, and developer teams unlock value from Adobe’s latest innovations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from insight to execution across real-world workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to qualify discovery insights, define agendas, and validate customer maturity and use cases

  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and tailored demonstrations across Adobe’s emerging product portfolio

  • Design and deliver customised demos aligned to customer workflows and business objectives

  • Assess readiness for pilots and Proofs of Concept

  • Drive adoption and expansion of Adobe solutions across departments

  • Articulate value for current and future workflows, including GenAI-powered use cases

  • Capture actionable customer insights to inform Product and Go-To-Market teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, PSS, Product, and Global Strategic Development teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong ability to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers

  • Proven experience running discovery workshops and uncovering workflow challenges

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and at least one additional core app

  • 5–10 years of professional experience as a Creative Designer

  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, automation, and generative AI use cases

  • Ability to demonstrate Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio effectively

  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and demo delivery skills

  • Experience engaging with IT and developers, including API-based solutions

  • Ability to identify scalable use cases and drive organisational impact
