Store Design Project Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
The store design project manager will contribute and ensure that the brand’s image is represented at its highest standards within all the Cartier Boutiques (Retail and Wholesale) throughout the Iberia region.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
BOUTIQUE AND RETAIL PARTNERS PROJECTS
Under the direction of the SDP & VM MANAGER, coordinate and serve as primary contact for SDP projects (openings, renovations and improvements):
- Collaborate with local and central teams on all project stages, from briefing to implementation.
- Lead in producing all required documents (brief card, score card, CAR…) to ensure a smooth approval process.
- During the pre-construction phase, monitor all aspects of the project (design, layout, tender, budget), manage furniture orders, and participate in the closure process.
- Oversee the construction phase and participate in recurring on-site meetings.
BOUTIQUE AND RETAIL PARTNERS MAINTENANCE
Ensure all Cartier POS meet the highest standards and comply with Cartier design and local regulations.
- Monitor the maintenance budget and report any potential savings or overspend risks.
- Manage the relationship with Richemont and external agency for general maintenance.
- Regularly communicate with POS teams to identify maintenance needs and suggest solutions.
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions with external consultants.
FRAGRANCE PROJECTS
Collaborate closely with the Fragrance team to implement the Champagne concept in the fragrance wholesale network (domestic and travel retail):
- Coordinate Cartier International SDP team, Commercial team and Retailers from the brief to the implementation.
- Manage all suppliers to meet deadlines and handle orders.
PROFILE
Education: Bachelor's degree or studies in architecture or interior design
Relevant experience as project supervisor
Proficiency in MS Office, and Autocad. Fluent in English and Spanish required.
Exceptional attention to detail, flexible working hours, willingness to travel, strong communication and high organizational skills
