As a lead data analyst on the Staffing and Efficiency team within the Claims Control organization, you’ll blend hands-on analytics with people leadership to drive staffing decisions across our National Servicing Organization (NSO). Leading a high-impact team of two analysts, you’ll partner with senior leaders to prioritize work, align resources, and turn data into clear, actionable strategies that improve capacity, service levels, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll become an expert across in subrogation and call center functions. Along with your team, you’ll build scalable standards, dashboards, and repeatable processes and develop models to forecast staffing needs, support process changes from design through rollout, and deliver resourcing plans to senior leaders. You’ll analyze operational and workforce data to surface patterns and efficiency opportunities, then convert insights into clear actions that align multi-functional collaborators and get results. You’ll also have the autonomy to lead a small team and drive analysis that shapes staffing strategies and keeps our Claims organization effective, efficient, and future-ready.

Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
- Proven ability to learn and use data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Highly proficient in programming skills (e.g., SAS, R, or SQL)
- Effective communicator with a proven ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office – such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality, including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros
Compensation
- $98,400 - $131,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
