Sr. Worldwide Program Manager, Data & AI GTM

US, CA, San Francisco April 16, 2026 Full Time Amazon Custom Ats (Amazon.jobs)
This isn't your typical program management role. You'll be the person who ensures the infrastructure behind AWS's Data & AI sales plays actually works, and works well. That means holding a high bar on sales play templates, bill of materials quality, reporting, and content management so that everything the AWS sales field touches is accurate, up-to-date, and ready to drive impact. You'll own and continuously improve the knowledge base of sales plays, reusable content, and industry use cases that enables our sellers, and the agentic experiences that assist them, to help customers faster and more effectively. Think of this role as running the center of excellence for Data & AI sales plays: setting the standard, maintaining the system, and making sure what we put in front of AWS field teams and assistance agents is always sharp and current.

You'll drive global GTM initiatives from the ground up, identifying where the biggest opportunities are, packaging them into repeatable motions, and making sure they land with impact across regions and industries. If a sales team in financial services needs a sharper AI use case to unlock a deal, or if healthcare needs a data play that resonates with CIOs, that's your infrastructure and content showing up in the field.

What makes this role different is the scope and the leverage. You're not supporting one team or one product. You're shaping how AWS's entire Data & AI story gets organized, maintained, and delivered across the globe. You'll work across product, business development, solutions architecture, marketing, sales, and partner teams to make that happen, and you'll see your impact in real numbers: pipeline created, deals accelerated, revenue driven.

If you like building systems that scale, thrive in ambiguity, and want to work at the intersection of program rigor and GTM execution in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech, this is the job.

Key job responsibilities
-Serve as the center of excellence for Data & AI sales plays, setting and enforcing standards for sales play templates, completion, bills of materials, use case documentation, content management, and quality across the portfolio

-Own and continuously improve the knowledge base of sales plays, reusable content, and industry use cases that enables our sales field and assistance agents to help customers more effectively

-Influence cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale repeatable sales plays while driving a high bar for bills of materials that directly address friction points in the customer sales cycle, delivered through both traditional methods and agentic experiences

-Manage sales play and use case reporting, tracking performance metrics like pipeline generated, sales acceleration, and win/revenue realization rates, and continuously iterating based on what the data and anecdotes tell you

-Help develop industry-focused use cases (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing) that show customers exactly how AWS Data & AI solves their specific challenges

-Partner cross-functionally with product, solutions architecture, marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure GTM initiatives are aligned, resourced, and landing with impact across regions

-Ensure the infrastructure of sales acceleration content is accurate, current, and structured to power both human sellers and agentic experiences at scale

-Drive executive-level alignment on GTM priorities, making the case for where to invest and ensuring stakeholders across the business are rowing in the same direction

A day in the life
Your morning might start with a call reviewing pipeline data to see which sales plays are gaining traction and which need retooling. By mid-morning, you're in a working session with product and marketing teams, pressure-testing a new set of industry use case for financial services before it goes live to the field. After lunch, you're collaborating with a specialist sales leader in Australia who's seeing friction in a deal cycle and needs a sharper bill of materials — and you're figuring out how to deliver it both through traditional enablement channels and agentic experiences. Late afternoon, you're pulling together an executive memo that makes the case for doubling down on a GTM motion that's outperforming expectations. No two days look the same, but the throughline is always the same: connecting strategy to execution and making sure what you build actually moves numbers.

About the team
We're a worldwide team that sits at the crossroads of AWS's Data & AI portfolio, working across categories rather than within a single product lane. Our job is to take everything AWS offers in the Data & AI space and package it into GTM sales motions that are clear, compelling, and easy for the AWS field to execute. That means driving campaigns, sales plays, field activations, and sales incentives, and doing it in close partnership with marketing, product, business development, and solutions architecture teams. We connect a lot of dots so that when a sales play lands in the hands of field teams anywhere in the world, it's sharp, complete, and ready to drive pipeline. If you like working horizontally across big organizations and turning complexity into simplicity, you'll feel right at home here.
