Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant - EBS Finance

• Design, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Finance modules, including GL, AR, AP, FA, and Cash Management.
• Provide production support, including incident resolution, problem management, and service request handling.
• Develop and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, Open Interfaces, Forms Personalization, and Workflow.
• Analyze and resolve production issues within defined SLAs to minimize business disruption.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
• Support month-end and year-end processes such as inventory close, purchasing close, and reconciliations.
• Manage enhancements, minor projects, and change requests within an AMS model.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, including SQL tuning and concurrent program optimization.
• Conduct patch impact analysis, regression testing, and coordination during Oracle patching cycles.
• Maintain documentation, including KT materials, SOPs, issue logs, and configuration updates.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours/weekend support when required.
• Collaborate with business users to prioritize tickets and provide functional guidance.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot interface failures with third-party systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.

Mandatory Skills, Certifications, and Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS experience in Finance modules.
• Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Workflow customization.
• Proven experience in designing and developing RICE components.
• Experience with Oracle E-Commerce Gateway for EDI integrations.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and reporting in a managed services environment.
• Strong experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
