Sr. Associate System Administrator - Learning Management System (LMS)

In this vital role you will serve as the technical and functional administrator of Amgens enterprise Learning Management Systemsolution, ensuringoptimalperformance, data integrity, and a seamless learning experience for all users.The administrator is a member of the Learning & Development product team which is responsible foradministering learning management systems and related reporting environments, including hosted and on-premise applications; development, testing and deployment of break-fixes and enhancements with proper change management documentation; troubleshooting, resolving, and responding toend userticketsand service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage andmaintainthe Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, security roles, course catalogs, and content lifecycle.
- Ensure system performance, availability, and compliance with Amgens data integrity, quality, and security standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Compliance, and IT teams to implement new features, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Support learning analytics, reporting dashboards, and audits to ensureaccurateregulatory and business reporting.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolution with vendors, and provide Tier 23 support to users globally.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management activities.

Basic Qualifications
- Masters /Bachelorsdegree and 5 to 9 years of Computer Science,ITor related field experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise systems or application administration.
- Experience managing databases, permissions, and configurations in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiencywith learning management platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or similar).
- Working knowledge of data integration, file transfer protocols, and system interfaces (APIs, SFTP).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administeringHR learning platforms such as SumTotal,SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone or other regulated LMS in a global environment.
- Understanding ofGxP, CFR Part 11, and data privacy regulations related to learning systems.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or Power BI dashboards for learning analytics.
- Change control experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
Shift Information:
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule including weekend coverage. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, asrequiredbased on business requirements.
