We are seeking a Full-Time Speech Therapist (SLP) to support our San Francisco and Peninsula patients. This role is ideal for an SLP who wants control over their schedule, manageable territories, and a well-run home health structure behind them.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Base Salary: $146,000 - $166,000 per year (DOE)

Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to an additional 25% of your base salary based on quality metrics.

Total Earning Potential: $182,500 – $207,500 per year

Your Role

Evaluate & Treat: Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home, treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Plan of Care: Develop and manage individualized care plans based on physician orders.

Educate: Empower patients and their caregivers with strategies to safely manage swallowing and cognitive-linguistic deficits at home.

Coordinate: Communicate findings and progress seamlessly with physicians and the interdisciplinary team (RN, PT, OT).

Document: Complete accurate and timely documentation using our AI-supported platforms.
Requirements

LICENSE: Current, active California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License is REQUIRED to apply.

Experience: Home health experience is preferred, but we will provide comprehensive training for strong SLPs transitioning from SNF, acute, or outpatient settings.

Travel: Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
