Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: San Francisco OR San Mateo County (Dedicated Territory Assigned)
Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 Employment)
Built for Occupational Therapists who want autonomy — not isolation.
Health Link Home Health & Hospice is a renowned provider of comprehensive home health services across the greater Bay Area. For nearly 20 years, we have been dedicated to delivering high-quality care and improving health outcomes for our patients.
We are currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. We are hiring for both our San Francisco and Peninsula teams. You will be assigned to ONE dedicated territory to minimize drive time you will not be asked to cover both.
Why OTs Choose Health Link
-
Dedicated Territory Routing: We keep your daily travel within a manageable 15–25 mile radius in either SF or the Peninsula. No crossing bridges or massive commutes.
-
Rideshare Support (SF Proper): If you take the SF territory, enjoy company-provided rideshare credits (Uber/Lyft) to help cover travel to and from your patient visits—so you can focus on care, not logistics!
-
Smart Documentation: We use AI-assisted charting software (Kinnser) so you can spend less time typing notes and more time with your patients.
-
Unmatched Field Support: You are never alone. Our dedicated, home health-experienced clinical team is available in real-time to assist with complex situations or coordinate with patients if you are running behind.
-
True W-2 Stability: Enjoy the flexibility of home health with the financial security of a W-2 employee. This is NOT a contracted/1099 position.
