We are hiring skilled professionals to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team for solar PV plants.
Technicians (160 positions) – ITI (Electrician/Wireman/Technical), 1–4 years of experience. Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, data reporting, and emergency response.
Senior Technicians (30 positions) – ITI with 5 years of experience. In addition to maintenance and troubleshooting, responsibilities include documentation and ensuring safety compliance.
Junior Engineers (10 positions) – Diploma in Electrical/EC/Technical, 2 years of experience. Responsible for inspections, repairs, documentation, and adherence to safety standards.
Engineers (50 positions) – Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/EC/Technical, 4 years of experience. Handle plant O&M, vendor coordination, MIS reporting, SCADA monitoring, and uptime management.
Senior Engineers (15 positions) – Diploma/B.E/B.Tech, 5 years of experience. Lead advanced O&M activities, manage clients/vendors, and ensure continuous plant performance.
