What you’ll achieve
As a Software Senior Engineer, you will design and develop robust backend services built on .NET 8 and/or Python. You will contribute to architectural decisions, performance tuning, CI/CD solutions, and cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes. Your work will directly influence the reliability, scalability, and technical excellence of enterprise-grade applications.
You will:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET 8+ and Python while contributing to scalable system architecture and performance optimization.
Enhance distributed system design through strong knowledge of design patterns, architecture norms, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build and support CI/CD pipelines, GitLab workflows, and Kubernetes‑based deployments.
Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented backend code and participate in code reviews and technical decision‑making.
Work effectively with cross‑functional, global teams while adhering to enterprise processes including change management, compliance, and governance.

Essential Requirements
5+ years of backend engineering experience specializing in .NET 8+ and Python, with strong expertise in building RESTful and event‑driven backend systems.
Proficient with GitLab‑based CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows, along with hands‑on experience deploying and maintaining services on Kubernetes.
Skilled in database management, including relational databases (MS SQL Server) and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB and Redis.
Strong communication and documentation abilities, with experience using project management tools like Jira.
Effective collaborator in global, distributed teams, familiar with enterprise security processes, compliance, and internal governance.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Skilled in microservices, cloud‑native architectures, and distributed system optimization, including caching strategies and performance tuning.
