We are looking for talented professionals to join our Engineering Team and help shape the future of storage. What you’ll achieve
You will lead engineers across multiple scrum teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. You will play a key role in enabling Dell’s AI transformation, ensuring your teams have everything they need to be successful and consistently raise the bar.
You will:
Ensure that teams have what they need in terms of processes, tools, infrastructure and clarity of vision to deliver high-quality product & engineering value.
Empower teams to make decisions and operate independently.
Drive resolution of high impact impediments which are slowing team progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and innovation.
Equip team members with the necessary resources and support for their career progression.

Essential Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in infrastructure solutions.
Proven people leadership skills, with experience managing diverse, cross‑functional teams, nurturing talent and building a high‑performance engineering culture.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to act as the bridge between leadership and teams, enabling clarity, alignment, and transparency of goals, strategy, and expectations.
Strong execution leadership, driving clear goal‑setting, operational discipline, and seamless stakeholder alignment to ensure predictable, high quality delivery.
Experience in performance management, including leading performance reviews, promotions, talent calibrations, and creating actionable improvement plans when needed.
Desirable Requirements
Hands-on engagement with AI-assisted engineering tools (coding assistants, analysis, decision support).
Solid storage domain background.
Experience leading teams through organizational or operating model transformation.
