While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we’re focusing on Ho Chi Minh so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.
This role is a 6 month engagement, working full time hours per week.
What you’d be doing in this role
We’re looking for a Senior Content & UGC Executive will help scale Canva’s organic social & UGCs advertising in Vietnam by working closely with agency and creators to develop content that performs. This is a creative support role for someone who’s fluent in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts and knows what makes people stop scrolling.
You’ll lead every step of the process, tracking trends, developing creative ideas, identifying the right creators, briefing, and overseeing the production and delivery of Organic Social & UGC ads. You’ll ensure the work is entertaining, authentic, and built to convert.
You’ll collaborate closely with our performance and creative teams, helping write sharp briefs, reviewing results, and refining our approach through testing and feedback loops. If you live in platform trends, love creator culture, and know what makes content perform, this role is for you.
Description
Own Canva’s UGCs content strategy for organic & paid social in Vietnam
Track trends and propose fresh content ideas tailored to paid social.
Collaborate with the creative team to shape clear, compelling briefs and scripts.
Identify and select creators to produce native, engaging content.
Oversee the UGC production process from briefing to final delivery.
Collaborate with performance teams to analyze results and iterate based on insights.
Maintain a consistent, high-quality flow of diverse creator content that drives results.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC content, social creative strategy, or a similar role.
Deep platform fluency, especially TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and understanding of how creator content performs.
Proven experience briefing creators and overseeing content production end-to-end.
Strong creative and editorial instincts: you know what hooks, entertains, and converts.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Native-level Vietnamese. Strong English skills is preferred.
