SM/AVP Business Planning & Analysis
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven professional for the role of Senior Manager / AVP Business Planning & Analysis. The individual will play a critical role in driving business performance through data-driven insights, structured reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and offers significant exposure to the C-suite.
Role & responsibilities :
- Business Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall business health.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Strategic Projects
- Lead and execute ad hoc strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems and support decision-making.
- Business Reporting
- Own and manage regular reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly business reviews).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Present insights, recommendations, and business updates in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 analysts.
- Drive capability building, performance management, and team development.
- Presentation & Communication
- Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.
- Translate complex data into compelling business narratives.
Required Skill & Qualification :
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Planning, Analytics, Consulting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL; knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Strong presentation skills with experience in creating executive-level decks.
- Experience in team handling and people management.
- Leadership role with high visibility and impact.
