We are seeking a highly analytical and driven professional for the role of Senior Manager / AVP Business Planning & Analysis. The individual will play a critical role in driving business performance through data-driven insights, structured reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and offers significant exposure to the C-suite.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Business Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall business health.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Strategic Projects
    • Lead and execute ad hoc strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
    • Work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems and support decision-making.
  • Business Reporting
    • Own and manage regular reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly business reviews).
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
    • Present insights, recommendations, and business updates in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 analysts.
    • Drive capability building, performance management, and team development.
  • Presentation & Communication
    • Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.
    • Translate complex data into compelling business narratives.

Required Skill & Qualification :

  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Planning, Analytics, Consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL; knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience in creating executive-level decks.
  • Experience in team handling and people management.
  • Leadership role with high visibility and impact.
