1.负责游戏内各玩法系统的设计、执行、验收、迭代优化，对玩法最终品质负责；
2.负责协调开发、美术等多部门，确保产品顺利开发；
3.关注游戏数据，通过深入的数据分析（如用户留存、付费率、活跃度等），主动发现问题并提出优化方案，持续迭代和调优游戏内容。
