Job Requirements*

Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultantto lead and support the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Integrate the ServiceNow ITOM platform with external monitoring tools and other enterprise systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP. Focus on automating and enhancing visibility into infrastructure, services, and dependencies through modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities*

Strong technical skills in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and the ability to work with REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with ServiceNow MID Server management
Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and testing of ITOM applications.
Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and cloud discovery tools.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to accurately map business services
Engage stakeholders in reviewing and validating service maps.
Communicate progress andchallenges effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies, including security and data governance.
