Servicenow Developer
Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proven end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience (at least 12 full lifecycle implementations).
- ServiceNow Certifications – Mandatory:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Implementation Specialist Certification(s) (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/SPM as applicable)
- Strong scripting and customization experience within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, client scripts, and integrations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- ITOM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM (PPM)
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party APIs.
- Implement Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and CMDB best practices.
- Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and governance compliance.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
