Junior Proposal Writer
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing State & Local Government RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs for IT services.
- Support the writing, editing, and formatting of proposal documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required proposal information.
- Help ensure proposals meet compliance and submission guidelines.
- Maintain proposal files, templates, and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in English, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and basic editing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn US government procurement processes.
- Ability to work in US time zones and meet deadlines.
