As a Separately Managed Account Internal Advisor Consultant, you will work to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients and wholesalers to help them meet their unique goals. This is a Boston-based position.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Separately Managed Account Internal Advisor Consultant, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients and colleagues 
  • Educate clients and colleagues on our SMA offerings and assist in facilitating the onboarding and servicing of clients
  • Work closely with the SMA Sales Specialists in all aspects of the sales process
  • Reach out to clients and prospective clients and respond to questions in a knowledgeable, timely fashion
  • Demonstrate an understanding of clients’ business, sales trends and portfolio features with a focus on SMA’s and Direct Indexing
  • Maintain notes on client interactions and effectively prepare for client calls and meetings
  • Research and communicate industry changes and trends that may impact company or product positioning

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • High energy
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • 2+ years of sales experience or finance experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Series 7 (or SIE and Series 7 top off exam) and 66 (or 63 & 65 combined).

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $60,000 year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance
