Position OverviewInternational is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) EngineerThis role will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standard requirements for worldwide distribution. Design methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e., ISO, or other mfg stds). ResponsibilitiesManaging Root Cause Analysis requests from customers and/or suppliersExamining and determining actions for non-conforming materialsAttending and representing organization in production meetingsUsing problem solving tools to ensure root cause correctionEvaluate and/or use technical equipment or train members on usageUnderstand and able to conduct regular product/process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standardsDevelop and implement Quality procedures to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and Headquarter requirementsAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and quality systemReporting KPIs to management and present in large cross functional group settingsPlan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product qualityCollaborate with operation teams to identify areas for quality improvementAssist in the development of training material for quality assurance and other departments  Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 1 year of Engineering and Quality Assurance experienceORMaster's degree and no experienceORAt least 3 years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience Additional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
