As a Senior Product Manager for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), you will drive the strategy and execution for the platforms core data foundation
Your focus will be operationalizing and accelerating value through Data Ingestion and Management ensuring customers can seamlessly bring data in, manage it effectively, and activate it for critical downstream use cases like Paid Media and AI-driven insights
You will build frameworks that empower teams to measure and maximize the impact of AEPs Sources, Data Collection, and Catalog services
By collaborating with engineering, data science, and key partners in Paid Media and AI, you will ensure our data foundation is robust enough to power the next generation of customer experiences
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Value Realization: Drive product initiatives that improve the speed, reliability, and usability of Data Ingestion (Sources, Data Collection) and Data Management (Datasets, Catalog)
    Define and track KPIs that prove business value for customers
  • Data Foundation for AI: Collaborate with AEP AI teams to ensure the data layer supports advanced use cases, including high-quality data availability for Knowledge Base construction and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with ecosystem partners (eg, Paid Media networks, AdTech platforms) to streamline data onboarding and activation flows, ensuring high-fidelity data exchange
  • Insight Enablement: Develop frameworks to measure product health and customer adoption of ingestion workflows
    Translate complex telemetry into clear, actionable roadmaps for engineering and design teams
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead initiatives across a matrixed, global organization
    Act as the bridge between technical execution and business impact, advocating for data quality and consistency
Required Skills and Background
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience in driving end-to-end value realization initiatives within the organization
    Built frameworks for data-driven product development strategies, deriving insights and defining actions to drive business impact
  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed, and geographically/time-zone distributed environment
  • Track record of working with Product, Design, Engineering and Business teams in different geos on a recurring basis, including managing morning and night calls as needed
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and data-driven insights effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using analytics tools
  • bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • Preferably some experience in AI/ML concepts focused on measurement and statistical analysis
