US - Minnesota - Cokato March 16, 2026 Full Time Workday

We are hiring a Senior Procurement Lead to join our Sauna360 Procurement & Supply Chain team!

DISCOVER

Are you energized by ensuring materials flow smoothly, even across continents? In this role, you will own supplier relationships, lead sourcing strategies, and strengthen the systems and processes that keep Sauna360 running. You’ll balance tactical execution with strategic decision‑making, influencing how we source materials, develop suppliers, and plan for the future.

As a Senior Procurement Lead, you will drive a mix of day‑to‑day purchasing operations and long‑range sourcing strategy. You’ll manage global and domestic suppliers, lead negotiations, support new product launches, and collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure continuity of supply. You will also help elevate procurement capability by guiding others, improving tools and systems, and shaping how our teams partner with suppliers.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can roll up their sleeves on purchase orders one day and present a sourcing strategy the next.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you lead strategic sourcing initiatives that strengthen supplier performance? Develop and implement 1–3 year sourcing strategies, manage category consolidation efforts, and lead complex negotiations for critical commodities and contract manufacturers.
  • Are you skilled at building high‑trust supplier relationships? Manage 20+ domestic and international suppliers. Own supplier performance, corrective actions, business reviews, and long‑term development initiatives that advance quality, reliability, and cost objectives.
  • Do you enjoy blending tactical execution with strategic leadership? Support day‑to‑day purchasing, ensure ERP accuracy, troubleshoot supply issues, and simultaneously advance cost‑reduction, value‑engineering, and working‑capital initiatives.
  • Are you an effective partner across teams? Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Operations, and Product Management to support new product introductions, category strategies, and supplier onboarding.
  • Are you comfortable managing complexity across time zones and global partners? Engage international suppliers during early‑morning or late‑day schedules as needed. Serve as the escalation point for issues affecting production or contract manufacturing.
  • Do you like improving systems and processes? Lead projects to enhance procurement workflows, develop preferred‑supplier programs, optimize ERP utilization, and improve material sourcing practices across the company.
  • Do you help strengthen others on the team? Share best practices, coach team members, and contribute to building a stronger, more strategic Procurement function.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, related field or equivalent experience
  • 6–8 years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and driving cost‑savings and performance improvements
  • Experience managing international suppliers and navigating flexible meeting schedules
  • Strong analytical skills with solid Excel and Power BI proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, preferably with experience across multiple platforms
  • Experience with category management, supplier onboarding, and multi‑site coordination
  • Strong project‑coordination experience; able to lead cross‑functional initiatives
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of TCO analysis, sourcing tools, and procurement standards
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and vendor‑management skills
  • Ability to split time appropriately between tactical purchasing support and long‑range strategic work
  • Manufacturing experience (e.g., components, materials, mechanical parts) strongly preferred
