We’re everdrop – a fast-growing D2C brand on a mission to change the world of household and personal care. We’re looking for a performance-driven and highly analytical Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager to take ownership of our META ad account and drive international growth.

As our Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager, you will:

• Fully own our META ad accounts across countries: setup, structure, targeting, optimization

• Plan and execute campaigns that deliver growth and new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and more

• Drive funnel analysis, A/B tests, and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion, and spreadsheets

• Define bundles, test strategies, and platform setups aligned with product launches and business goals

• Lead the paid social OKRs and coordinate performance efforts across markets

• Prepare and align budgets and strategic decisions directly with the Director of Performance Marketing
