As a senior mainframe information security analyst, you'll be a part of a team that designs, implements, maintains, and supports security at an enterprise level. In this role, you’ll review and analyze complex data and information to provide insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. You’ll work on administrative functions and backend functionality of Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) security systems. Additionally, you’ll evaluate existing RACF role structures to streamline security administration and enhance end-user experience. You’ll implement operational security principles such as separation of duties, least privileged access controls, Role-Based access control (RBAC), and audit/compliance controls.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of eight years related work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years relevant work experience.
- {OR} Master's degree or higher and a minimum of three years relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience analyzing data to improve security processes, identify trends, drive decision-making, and inform strategies.
- Knowledge of RACF security systems.
- Expertise in operational security practices, including separation of duties, least privileged access controls, RBAC, and audit/compliance controls.
- Experience effectively communicating and collaborating with internal teams
Compensation
- $107,550-$119,500/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
