Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - IVF Sales
Role & responsibilities
Job description:
1. Regular meetings with GPs and OBG doctors to generate referrals for PICU and IVF.
2. Work closely with DRT handling deliveries in the unit to leverage existing OBG doctor connect.
3. Initiate meetings with key referral doctors along with inhouse Fertility specialist.
4. Planning and execution of IVF camps in peripheral markets.
5. Tie up opportunities in these outstation markets for generating IVF referrals.
6. Sharing weekly/monthly plans and ensure 100% execution.
7. Compliance with entering each doctor call details on the field force software.
Preferred candidate profile
Eligibility:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of pharma/hospital sales.
2. Knowledge of GP market is a must, preferably in North/east Bangalore territory.
3. Good communication skills with strong sales orientation.
