Senior Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectwith 16-20 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will excel in architectural design and documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables for airport projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review architectural submissions from consultants for multiple airports, ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements.
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and design reports for various design stages, including concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive design integration and address any design-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all architectural deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture/Planning.
- Minimum of 16 years in architectural design, with a focus on aviation sector projects.
- Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural standards and building codes relevant to aviation.
