The Services Marketing Digital Team sits at the intersection of content, technology and performance marketing and are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative B2B environment focused on measurable outcomes. We focus on delivering high-impact, measurable campaigns that drive business growth across the most effective digital channels.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven marketing professional to support the publishing, management, and optimization of our Services B2B web pages. This role sits within a broader marketing team and focuses on executing web content initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency with a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless, engaging, and secure digital experience for users while aligning website functionality with business goals, brand standards, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of B2B Digital (Digital Web), you’ll be part of a growing team of digital marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams across Services Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Global Digital Marketing.

The Role
• Manage and maintain Mastercard Services websites, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and user experience
• Publishing and updating of website content including product and campaign landing pages in collaboration with marketing and legal teams
• Monitor website analytics and page performance (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) using analytical tools to recommend and implement data-driven improvements
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), privacy regulations, and security protocols
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and third-party vendors for website enhancements, product requirements and issue resolution.
• Optimize AEO, SEO including metadata, keyword placement, internal linking, and content structure to improve organic visibility and performance.
• Manage CMS platforms and ensure proper governance, version control, and content workflows
• Conduct regular audits for broken links, outdated content, and performance bottlenecks while partnering with development and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure optimal site performance.
• Support digital campaigns, product launches, and manage A/B testing initiatives to improve user experience and conversion rates, including CTA placement, page layout, and messaging
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Keep Mastercard Services on the cutting edge of B2B digital marketing, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.

All About You
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on digital marketing experience managing enterprise-level websites with a focus on website optimization and CMS authoring.
- Experience with B2B Marketing, Financial Services, SaaS, Professional Services or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, etc.), Adobe tools including Adobe Analytics, Creative Cloud (i.e., Photoshop, Acrobat, Stock) and Project Management tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com). Familiarity with Figma, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of AEO, SEO, and related tools (Conductor, Profound, SEM Rush) and UX/UI principles
• You are detail oriented, organized and thrive in fast-paced, multi-product environments. You can navigate different time zones, juggle multiple projects, and deliver on deadlines without missing a beat.
• You’re a problem-solver with an analytical mindset who will take the time to work an issue out independently but isn’t afraid to ask appropriate questions when necessary.
• You are innovative and willing to experiment while maintaining a commitment to quality, security, and compliance.
• You possess excellent written and in person communication skills and can effortlessly collaborate across multiple functions, teams and levels within the organization.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
