Job Description: We are hiring a Senior Accountant to help scale our accounting function and lead the accounting side of our transition from QuickBooks to a modern system (Netsuite or Sage Accounting). This role reports to the CFO and serves as a senior technical accounting leader with significant ownership over systems, close processes, and accounting policy. A large majority of our customers are in the defense and government sector. This role is well suited for someone comfortable operating in audit-intensive, highly scrutinized environments where documentation, discipline, and accuracy matter. What you'll do
