Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on SAP SD module to clients, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of sales processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using SAP SD modules such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Sales Planning & Analysis (SPA), Sales Promotion Management (SPM), and Customer Service (CS).
Develop and maintain complex reports using BEx Analyzer to provide insights into sales performance metrics.
Troubleshoot issues related to O2C cycle management, including order processing, billing, cash application, credit management, and collections.
Ensure compliance with industry standards for eCommerce integration with SAP SD.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-20 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SD projects.
Strong understanding of SAP Sales And Distribution (SD) module including O2C cycle management.
Proficiency in developing complex reports using BEx Analyzer tool.
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
