Job Responsibility

* Execute sales strategies to promote Envision’s BESS solutions in Australia’s utility, renewable, and industrial sectors.

 * Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including standalone storage and hybrid renewable projects.

 * Lead end-to-end sales process, from lead generation, proposal preparation, and bid management to contract negotiation and closure.

 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and government agencies.

 * Collaborate closely with internal teams (Tech Solutions, eBOP, Grid, BESS Product Line, Commercial, Legal, Finance, Project Delivery, etc.) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

 * Represent Envision Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.


Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

* Proven track record (5-8+ years) in sales, business development, or commercial roles in the renewable energy or energy storage sector.

 * Strong understanding of Australia’s energy market, regulatory frameworks, and power sector dynamics.

 * Demonstrated experience in closing multi-million-dollar deals, ideally in BESS, renewable generation, or related technologies.

 * Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

 * Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.

 * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. 

 * Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
