Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals aligned with company strategy Focused on General Freight Project Freight Business Client Relationship Management Analyze client performance based on gross margin, volume, and profitability Manage client accounts, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction Oversee timely collection of payments from assigned clients Market Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer drivers Collaborate with management and stakeholders to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities Sales Execution Pricing Support deal structuring and pricing through business value analysis Negotiate rates for proactive bids and proposals to maximize profitability Lead Generation Source and qualify new business opportunities via inbound and outbound marketing efforts Identify decision-makers, screen potential deals, and prioritize opportunities in line with company objectives Travel Flexibility Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally as required Performance Metrics Gross Profit (GP) Target-Oriented Role KPIs/KRAs will emphasize GP and revenue achievement on Job, supported by pipeline health and client acquisition metrics
