Your Mission:-- Lead the growth of ABBs Servo Drive & Motor portfolio in Gujarat, while strategically supporting PAN India automation opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen networks with Channel Partners, OEMs, and System Integrators, opening new doors in untapped markets.
- Build and execute business plans for focused markets, driving volume and value-based sales.
- Own sales performance, order growth, and overdue collections in your territory.
- Act as the face of ABB in Gujarat ensuring were the partner of choice for automation and motion control solutions.
Your role and responsibilities:-
- Develop new channel partners to expand distribution reach and drive deeper market penetration.
- Engage directly with customers, conducting in-house seminars and presenting powerful value propositions.
- Track, manage, and win large-scale projects and key accounts across sectors.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Teams, and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience from sales to delivery to after-sales.
- Continuously explore new applications and champion ABBs innovation edge in servo solutions.
Qualifications for the role :
- Qualification: BE/BTech in Electrical/EEE or into similar discipline with Min 10 years of experience in Servo Systems, Servo Drive & Motor sales, PLCs, Motion Controllers, VFDs, and related electromechanical systems.
- Track Record: Proven success in driving sales through OEMs, Channel Partners, and System Integrators.
- Mindset: Aggressive, result-driven, with the hunger to disrupt markets.
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Leadership: Capable of inspiring Channel Partner & OEM sales teams to consistently hit ambitious targets.
