Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers from digital leads or inquiries.
• Explain insurance products such as health, motor, travel, and general insurance.
• Understand customer needs queries solve

and recommend suitable policies.
• Convert leads into successful policy sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and call quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer experience and resolve queries.
