Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts Assist Branch Manager in implementing sales plans and achieving assigned targets Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service presentations Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Handle client queries and follow up on leads and opportunities Monitor basic client performance factors such as volume, service levels, and feedback Provide input on customer trends, competitor insights, and market developments to support overall sales strategy Performance Metrics Gross Profit (GP) KPIs/KRAs will emphasize GP and revenue achievement on Job Supporting Branch to develop existing clients and client acquisition metrics
